Hao obtained a BSc. degree in Physics at Quy Nhon University in 2002, an MSc. degree in Materials Science at ITIMS, Hanoi University of Technology in 2008. From 2008 to 2012, he was a PhD. student at the Semiconductor Components Group, University of Twente, the Netherlands, where he obtained his PhD. degree in Electrical Engineering in January 2013. He worked as a postdoctoral researcher at the NanoElectronics Group, University of Twente (November 2012 - October 2014) and at the Department of Chemical Engineering, TU Delft, the Netherlands (November 2014 - May 2017). From September 2002 to October 2018, he was also a TA/lecturer at the Department of Physics, Quy Nhon University. Since November 2018, he works as a researcher, leading the ALD Research Group at Phenikaa University.

Viet completed a BSc. in Materials Science at National Institute of Applied Science of Lyon (INSA de Lyon), France in 2013, a M.S. in Nanoscale Engineering from Ecole Centrale de Lyon, INSA de Lyon and University Lyon 1 with highest honors in 2015, and a PhD. in Materials Science & Engineering from University Grenoble Alpes in 2018. Thanks to his remarkable research work during his PhD., he has won the best Ph.D thesis prize from Chemical Society of France, Solid State Chemistry Division. From November 2018 to June 2019, Viet worked as a postdoctoral fellow in the Laboratory of Materials Science and Physical Engineering (LMGP) under the supervision of Dr. David Muñoz-Rojas and Prof. Daniel Bellet. Since August 2019, he works as a researcher in the ALD Research Group at Phenikaa University.

Thuy Huong finished her BSc degree in Engineering Physics at Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology in 2013. From 2014 – 2015, she joined Kasai Research Group as an exchange student at Osaka University, Japan. Huong obtained her MSc degree in Engineering Physics at Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology in 2016. From 2016 to 2020, she was a PhD student under the supervision of Prof. Anh Kiet Tieu at School of Mechanical, Materials, Mechatronic, and Biomedical Engineering, University of Wollongong, Australia, and obtained her PhD degree in Materials in 2020. Hung-Anh completed his BSc. (2020) degree in Chemistry at University of Rennes I, then MSc. Nhut obtained his B.Sc. degree in Materials Technology from the University of Science, Vietnam National University Ho Chi Minh City (HCMUS), in 2025. Tuan obtained his B.Sc. degree in Engineering Physics from Hanoi University of Science and Technology (HUST). Diem Quyen graduated from the Talented Program in Physics at Phenikaa University in January 2026. She has been a member of the ALD Research Group since January 2024, where she has been involved in research on low-temperature ALD for phosphor and pharmaceutical materials. Her work focuses on understanding and optimizing ALD processes for surface modification and functionalization of these materials. In addition, she is exploring the integration of Density Functional Theory (DFT) and Machine Learning (ML) techniques to investigate ALD reaction mechanisms and accelerate process development.
